Pelleting & Briquetting

Our pellet and briquette plants are used in industries such as biomass power generation, EFB and wood pellet production, animal feed, and waste-to-energy plants.
Pelleting and briquetting are forms of biomass densification that converts biomass materials like wood, agricultural waste, and other organic matter into densified products. These products have higher energy density, which makes them more efficient for transportation, storage, and when use as fuel or feedstock in various industries.

Treehouz has worked with a plethora of feedstock and materials such as Oil Palm Trunks (OPT), palm kernel expeller, bagasse, a variety of wood species, and many more. Our capabilities range from 1 ton per hour to 48 tons per hour of production capacity.

Our pellet and briquette plants are used in industries such as biomass power generation, EFB and wood pellet production, animal feed, and waste-to-energy plants. The expertise we have allows us to work closely with you to evaluate your biomass types, processing capacity, and end-product needs.
