The Hammer Mill reduces particle size by the beating of the hammer rotating at high speed resulting in the particles being grinded and expelled through screens of a selected size. It works in high capacity, is power efficient and produces uniform particle size.The gap between the hammer and the screen is adjustable between 2 options, through changing the position of the hammer, to produce coarser or finer particles as intended. The screens are made of high quality carbon steel for long wear life.

The machine is housed in welded mild steel shell with sliding door mechanism to facilitate access to the screen. Inner parts are made of wearable cast iron bar to protect the body and the tip of the hammer is tungsten for endurance and efficiency.

The motor and rotor work in direct drive motor coupling to produce high speed hammering. The rotor can work forward and reverse for doubling the life span.
